Sky Exchange Terms and Conditions

By creating a sky exchange ID, logging in, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms along with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy.

If you use the Platform on behalf of yourself only. Accounts are strictly personal. You may not register or use an account on behalf of anyone else.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Platform or via your registered contact details. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Skyexch. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.

You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

You must use the Platform only from locations where such use is legally permitted for you. It is your responsibility to check the laws applicable in your state or region before using Skyexch.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Skyexch may be restricted from certain features to preserve fair play.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any user who does not meet these eligibility criteria.

One user is permitted only one account. Duplicate accounts detected by our systems will be closed, and balances handled per this policy.

You are responsible for keeping your sky exchange ID, password and OTPs strictly confidential. Any activity performed through your credentials will be treated as performed by you.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and keep it updated. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You must notify customer care immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We may require additional verification (KYC) at signup, before withdrawals, or at any point where activity requires it. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in restrictions on your account.

Use the Platform if you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible.

Register or operate multiple accounts, including through friends, family or third parties acting on your behalf.

Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any form of unfair automation.

Attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit software bugs, or collude with other users.

Use the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or any purpose prohibited by law.

Access the Platform via unauthorised means, including reverse engineering, scraping or interfering with our systems.

Share your account with any other person or transfer it to another user.

Use payment methods that are not in your own name, or that you are not authorised to use.

Attempt to defraud the Platform, other users, or our payment partners in any way.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods held in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

Deposit and withdrawal availability, minimum and maximum values, and processing times may vary based on your payment method, bank, region and applicable regulations. Current details are available inside your dashboard.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification, anti-fraud review, and applicable legal checks before being processed.

The Platform is not a banking service. Your balance is a record of your account activity, not a bank deposit, and does not earn interest.

We reserve the right to withhold, adjust or reverse any transaction that we reasonably believe to be linked to error, fraud, breach of these Terms, or legal requirement, subject to notification to you.

Dormant accounts (with no login or activity for an extended period) may be subject to specific handling procedures as notified from time to time.

Skyexch enforces a strict one-user-one-account policy and monitors activity to detect bots, automation, collusion and pattern-based fraud.

Where our systems flag activity for review, we may temporarily restrict certain account functions while manual review is carried out. Genuine users are protected by this manual review layer.

Category-specific rules (for individual sports, games or entertainment sections) are published within the Platform. Where those specific rules and these general Terms interact, the specific rules will govern their subject matter.

We reserve the right to void activity that is proved to be the result of unfair means, technical error, or violation of these Terms.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Skyexch name, logos, text, graphics, interface design, code and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep Skyexch stable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyexch, its affiliates, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount actually held in your account at the time the relevant cause of action arose.

We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, from third-party payment issues outside our control, or from events of force majeure.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyexch, its affiliates and personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or where continued service would violate applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request from your dashboard or through customer care. Closure requests may be subject to identity verification.

On termination, any legitimate balance in your account, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law, will be handled in accordance with our published payout process.

Skyexch is committed to responsible gaming. You are strongly encouraged to use the deposit limits, cool-off, self-exclusion and account closure tools available inside your dashboard.

Self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed before the elected period ends. Please read our Responsible Gaming policy carefully before activating it.

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion with our customer care team.

Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, at a seat notified within the Platform.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes.

The latest version will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated at the bottom.

Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an update, please stop using the Platform and contact customer care to close your account.
